About this list

Lead Yourself First (trading as "RepFit") uses a small number of trusted third-party service providers to help us deliver the RepFit service. These providers are our sub-processors under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Each sub-processor has been chosen because it is essential to running the service and because it provides adequate safeguards for personal data.

We have data processing agreements in place with each sub-processor. Where a sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area, or has a parent company outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect personal data during transfer.

We will update this list when we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor. Customers on active subscriptions will be notified by email at least fourteen (14) days before any material change takes effect. Objections may be raised at info@leadyourselffirst.coach.

Current sub-processors

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

Purpose: Payment processing, subscription billing, invoicing, customer portal.

Data processed: Name, email address, billing address, tax identification number, payment card details, subscription and payment history.

Location: Ireland (EU processing), United States (parent company).

Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses. EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.

Supabase, Inc.

Purpose: Application database, user authentication, edge functions.

Data processed: Name, email address, hashed password, organisation membership, rehearsal content (patterns, interrupt logs, rebuild logs, ratings), feedback responses, session data.

Location: Data hosted in AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden). US parent company (Supabase Inc.).

Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses in place.

Resend, Inc.

Purpose: Delivery of transactional emails such as welcome emails, trial reminders, billing notifications, and feedback prompts.

Data processed: Name, email address, and the content of the email being sent.

Location: European Union region (eu-west-1). Parent company in the United States.

Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses.

Lovable AB

Purpose: Hosting and infrastructure for the marketing website (tryrepfit.com) and the RepFit application (app.tryrepfit.com).

Data processed: All personal data processed through the Services passes through Lovable's hosting infrastructure. This includes account information, billing information, and rehearsal content.

Location: European Union region. Parent company operating internationally.

Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google Ireland Ltd.

Purpose: Website analytics for the marketing site only (tryrepfit.com). Google Analytics 4 measures aggregate traffic patterns and helps us improve the site. Google Analytics is not used on the RepFit application.

Data processed: IP address (anonymised), browser type, device type, approximate location (country level), pages visited, session duration.

Location: Ireland (EU processing), United States (data transfer for aggregate reporting).

Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses. EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.

Termly, Inc.

Purpose: Cookie consent banner and hosting of consent management infrastructure on the marketing site.

Data processed: IP address, consent preferences, cookie identifiers.

Location: United States.

Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses. EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.

Notifications and objections

If we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor, we will notify current customers by email at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.

If you have a reasonable objection to a new sub-processor, please contact us at info@leadyourselffirst.coach within fourteen (14) days of the notice. We will work with you in good faith to address the objection.
